Return Policy for Ninja Level Designs

At Ninja Level Designs, we take pride in providing high-quality, custom-designed phone cases. However, because our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@ninjaleveldesigns.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect. We’ll be happy to send a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Address: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to send it out again. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ninjaleveldesigns.com so we can update it before the order is shipped.

Unclaimed Packages: Unclaimed packages that are returned to our facility will be reshipped at your expense.

Return Address: All returns should be sent to our return facility. If you need to return an item due to a defect or other issue, please contact us at info@ninjaleveldesigns.com, and we will provide the return address and instructions.

Please note that returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
