Return Policy for Ninja Level Designs

At Ninja Level Designs, each phone case is made to order just for you. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or cases where the wrong phone model, design, or quantity was selected at checkout.

That said, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we send the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@ninjaleveldesigns.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item. If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an address error after checkout, contact us as soon as possible at info@ninjaleveldesigns.com. If the order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. If the package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost to reship the order.

Unclaimed Packages: Unclaimed packages that are returned to our facility will be reshipped at the customers expense.

Return Address: Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. If a return is needed for an approved issue, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions.

Please note that returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
